1. Participation:

All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate who have a constant residence in Germany.

Ben & Anna employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2. Participation period:

The competitions Startem on December 1st, 2023 and end on December 31, 2023. The exact participation period is specified for each competition.

3. Participation conditions:

Participation takes place by fulfilling the given participation conditions, which are specified in each individual contribution of the Ben & Anna Advent calendar competition on Instagram or Facebook.

Each participant can only take part once per competition.

Participation requires the consent to these competition conditions.

4. Settlement and notification:

The winners are determined from all participants entitled to participate.

The winners will be notified within 3 days of the closing date for participation by direct message on the platform through which you have participated.

The winners must report within 3 days after the notification to accept their profit. Otherwise a new winner will be drawn.

5th profits:

The type and number of profits are given in each individual contribution of the Ben & Anna Advent calendar competition.

The profits are not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

The profit will be sent by post. We do our best that all winners receive their package as soon as possible.

6. Data protection:

The participants agree that their personal data will be used to process the competition.

The participants' data will be deleted after the competition has been completed and not used for other purposes.

7. Other:

The legal process is excluded.

The competition is in no connection to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook.

8. Organizer:

The competition is organized by JM Nature GmbH, Angersbachstraße 20, 34127 Kassel.

By participating in the Ben & Anna Advent calendar competitions, the participants agree to these conditions.
