Conditions of participation

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by JM Nature GmbH through the Ben&Anna brand.

2. Participation period
The competition begins with the publication of the post and ends 24 hours after publication.

3. Participation requirements
To participate, the following steps must be completed:

   - Like the competition post
   - Follow the Instagram account @ben.und.anna
   - Tag two friends in the comments

4. Eligibility
Eligible participants are individuals residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.

5. Winner determination & notification
The winner will be selected at random.
Notification will be sent within 7 days after the end of the competition via direct message on Instagram.

6. Response deadline
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be re-awarded.

7. Data protection
Only the data necessary for the competition will be used for participation.
This data will be used exclusively for the processing of the competition.

8. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.

9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
