Due to friction on the lid, slight abrasion may sometimes occur. This is completely harmless – simply wipe the edge gently from time to time to keep your deodorant fresh and presentable.

To prevent our deodorant creams from becoming too soft in summer, we use high-quality vegetable waxes. They appear a little firmer at cooler temperatures. Tip: Apply directly after showering or on slightly damp skin – then the cream spreads wonderfully.

As our deodorants are made from pure natural ingredients, the consistency may sometimes vary. Tip: Lightly moisten the stick or your skin – this makes the deodorant pleasant to apply and just as effective.

Some people are sensitive to baking soda (bicarbonate), which is included as a natural active ingredient in many of our deodorants. In rare cases, this can lead to skin irritation. We recommend discontinuing use of the deodorant for now until the skin has calmed down. Those who still wish to use baking soda deodorants can neutralize the effect with a little apple cider vinegar. Alternatively, we offer our sensitive deodorants without baking soda, which were developed especially for sensitive skin. Feel free to send us an email about this as well.

Our paper tubes are plastic-free and biodegradable. In an earlier batch, the sleeve could detach – we have since improved this so that your stick remains stable until the end.
